NOTE: It is important that you use your current legal name for the ‘First Name’ and ‘Last Name’ boxes, and if you have a preferred name, please write that in the ‘Preferred Name’ box. We need to register you under your legal name should you be hired to ensure you do not have any problems cashing your paycheck. If you have any questions filling in the form, please ask prior to submitting the application.

Artists For Humanity’s school year work schedule is Sept - June, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3PM-6PM. Artists For Humanity’s summer work schedule is July - August, Monday through Thursday, 11AM-6PM.
